Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of graphGURU.ai (the "Service"). The Service is operated by its individual owner ("we", "us", "our"), reachable at contact@graphguru.ai. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

graphGURU.ai is an automated tool that analyzes public cryptocurrency market data and presents analysis, indicators, pattern detections, backtests, paper-trading journals, and AI-generated commentary. It is provided for information and educational purposes only. The Service is currently free of charge and all market data and analysis on it are public.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service — and nothing in any email, review, or other communication from us — is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We are not your broker, exchange, adviser, or fiduciary, and using the Service does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. We do not know your circumstances and do not provide personalized recommendations. Any decision you make is your own.

Outputs such as "signals", confidence scores, targets, backtest results, paper trades, and AI reviews are statistical estimates computed from past and current data. They are not predictions you should rely on and they do not guarantee any future outcome. Please also read the Limitations page — it documents, in plain terms, where the model is weakest.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if doing so is unlawful where you live, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit us from providing it to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you, including any rules about cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

Core analysis works without an account. A free optional account (email sign-up or Google sign-in) enables account-level features such as saved preferences. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and sessions secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an email address you control and must not impersonate another person. You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abused (for example, automated scraping at disruptive volume).

5. Free service, donations, and future paid features

The Service is free. We may invite voluntary donations (for example a "Support" crypto donation to a published wallet address). Donations are gifts: they do not purchase anything, do not unlock features or entitlements, and are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible — always verify the network and the full recipient address in your own wallet before sending, and never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including us. Any tax treatment of a donation is your own responsibility.

We may introduce optional paid features in the future (for example, notification services). If we do, the price, duration, and any additional terms will be presented clearly before you pay, and these Terms will be updated accordingly. Paying will never be required to view the public analysis.

6. No warranty of accuracy or availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data, analysis, or availability will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong because of third-party sources, connectivity, caching, or processing limitations, and analysis may be stale by the time you read it.

7. Cryptocurrency risk

Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and speculative. Prices can move sharply and you can lose some or all of your capital. Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses and can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit. Past performance and backtested results do not indicate future results. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

8. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided and for every decision and its consequences. Do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision. If you connect third-party tools or act on any output of the Service, you do so at your own risk.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service or its API at a volume or rate that degrades it, or circumvent rate limits, caching, or access controls;
overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts;
reverse engineer, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service or its output except as expressly permitted;
misrepresent the Service's output as personalized advice, or present it to others as your own professional recommendation; or
interfere with other users' access to the Service.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, scoring methods, and the compilation and presentation of its analysis — is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Underlying market data belongs to its respective providers. This license does not transfer any ownership to you, and no other rights are granted by implication.

11. Third-party data and services

The Service relies on third parties, including market-data providers (live prices stream directly from Binance to your browser), hosting and database infrastructure (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), and sign-in (Google, if you choose it). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your interactions with them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of graphGURU.ai is not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of graphGURU.ai from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

The Service is under active development. Features, data, pricing, and availability may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date below shows the current version. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may delete your account from the account page. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access would create risk, harm, or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 6–8 and 10–14) survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of graphGURU.ai resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory law — for example consumer-protection law in your place of residence — gives you the right to bring a claim in another court or prevents you from waiving that right. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. These Terms are written in English, which controls over any translation.
